detecting / disableing TV out

Hi,

Is there any way to detect or disabe TV-out from phone to TV/PC?

My customer does not want the video stream is played in TV or PC.
If there is a way to detect TV-out cable is connected, then alert user and can exit my program.

Do you have any idea?

never used the API, but AFAIK the only publicly available API for TV out can be found from the API plug-in: http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.php/SDK_API_Plug-in see whether it helps, and if not, then you could always try out the paid technical support.
