Geolocation API support for S40 Web?

Hi,

In one of the application, there is a requirement to implement Location API in S40 Web environment. I have tried to implement Location API which is available at Nokia website. Downloaded the example from https://projects.forum.nokia.com/ovimapsapi/files and tried to run it in S40 Web environment but it did not work. Can you please let me know if this API support is there for Nokia Ovi Browser?

Further I want to add in my earlier reply. I had tested the live example ''http://mapswidgets.com/html5geolocation.html' and it works. And I have tried the same to implement the code which is there at http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph...eolocation_API site then it gives an error. Basically it does not work.

Can you please help me out to get it done?

Hi guys,

HTML5 geolocation API is not yet available for Series 40 web apps.
This is a high priority requirement for future releases.

Hi Petro,

Is there any Geolocation API support available for S40 Web? I have tried many JavaScript and Nokia location APIs but it seems their supports are missing.
