express signed is disabled in my account

i found out that the express signed link has been disabled, and i wonder whether it is because of submission 130605 failure. i've send a email to
symbian.signed@nokia.com, but there is no feedback. please, i need express signed very urgent. thank a lot.

for this you should send the mail to publishtoovi.support@nokia.com they will provide you assitance aginst it.

that will do no good, Ovi store is completely different entity than Symbian signed, thus you do just need to use the symbian signed contact email. note that it can take few days before there are any replies.

yes, but that is Ovi free signing option. The thread here is about Symbian Signed Express signing, for developers having their own Publicer ID. Feel free to google the difference, it is rather different story indeed.

If an Express signed application fails on random audit, the service gets disabled. Based on http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph...ymbian_Signed), depending on the actual problem you might have had the opportunity to fix it.

Prssupe: you can read about Symbian Signed services starting from http://www.symbiansigned.com (though the documentation will link back to FN Wiki actually), it is the service which Ovi Publisher programme wraps for you.

thanks wizard_hu~ yes, i have publicer id and i got my express signed disabled... i have found out the submission that may well lead to the problem (submission 130605), and i tried my best to get into contact with symbiansigned, but without ANY feedback! before SymbianSigned is been taken over to Nokia, i can easily keep contact with the SymbianSigned staff, but now i've heard nothing for SymbianSigned for over 3 days~
