Problem on playing audio in loudspeaker in Symbian^3

I am using voipaudioservices api to record and play audio data on Symbian^3 platform. When audio is being routed to play on loudspeaker nothing is heard on N8 and in E7 audio play continues in handset.Is there updated version of voipaudioservices api for Symbian^3 or any workaround for the problem? Thanks

Nothing or just silent? In the latter case remember the change in volume-scale.
