hi there my name is tareq ,,,
A few months ago I bought a Nokia N8 and this is the first time I carry a Nokia phone , any way i register in ((( ovi ))) and I remember well I did not put my phone number in my profile ,, the problem is (( Every night I receive a message from the site on my mobile ))) and i did every things To stop these messages even I have to cancel my account but the messages are still going on ,,, please do some thing to make it stop ,,,,

Or, better, yet than asking on a user-to-user support forum, is to find the number for your nearest Nokia care (support) center, and call them, as this seems like something only Nokia (Ovi) support people can fix (remove your number from some spamming... I mean, advertising list).

I don't think that Ovi would have a reason to send you daily messages, nor should Nokia in general for that matter. Check what the messages are saying and from which number they originate and include that information in your discussion with Nokia Care.

If it is indeed Nokia that sends you messages, you may have subscribed to the "My Nokia" club and the messages you receive are telling you tips about how to use the phone and Nokia's services. One of this tips may eventually be to look for the "My Nokia" app on your phone and unregister from the service.
