carbide.ui theme packing error

I downloaded a Software "Carbide.UI" and I created a theme first time,I
completed the designing process now when I started to create a theme
package first i clicked on create a new package the error message "the
following error occurred in packaging process:java.lang.NullpointerException
carbide.ui"
I created a theme for Nokia S60 v2 ff3
please help me...

Could you please copy paste the entire error message? That would be useful for helping you.
Btw, do you hve any third party icons added? Tried packaging after removing those?
