Is there any special support forum or helpdesk dedicated to Symbian Signed? On their page there absolutely no hint how to get help when needed.
I can't get our account verified as all SIS packages I try give the same error "Invalid SIS file". I tried both with TrusCenter cert and our developer cert.
I see no place to download signed SIS packages and we are supposed to get one URGENT package back from signing these days.
We have currently 700 IMEIs listed on our cert and system tells now that I can only have 10??
Also we need to get new packages to signing and people are leaving for their holidays, so there might be several weeks delays if Nokia can't get their act together.
Why was the old site taken down anyway? Run 2 of them parallel until you know that new one works correctly. OR at least provide 25/8 support.
