I have sent 3 e-mails to symbian.signed@nokia.com for the migiration of 2 accounts from yesterday morning, but got no reply from symbian.signed@nokia.com until now, why? does no one care about your user's problems? I'm really disappointed!

I suppose they are having huge amounts of emails to correspond, thus sending multiple emails on same day is not recommended (it just delays the handling in general, since there is more emails to process), also the unusual situation would definitely mean that not all emails can be replied within one business day, thus please wait for Symbian signed team to process the emails.

In my practice, I've sent 2 emails, at least 3 discussion board messages and 3 private messages, and, got no reply.
According to my experiences, Nokia replies faster in forum than by email.
And you all should be more lucky than me. I am in GMT+8 while Finland in GMT+1. So Nokia staff starts to work while many of us are nearly off.
