N9 Icon templates

Hi,

I'm planning to release my Qt App for N9, and would need to design an icon for the app, conforming the Harmattan UX guidelines. Only problem is that the templates for the icon are only for Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. For them being commercial softwares, I don't have either. Would it be possible to have those templates for Inkscape or some other free / open-source SVG graphics software?

Try using Gimp; it handles most PhotoShop .psd files, and probably doesn't do too much damage to them, either, when saving.
