my software have to use cer&key for install on nokia phone

but it seem that all website are close this service


i want to know if i want to buy cer&key which website that i can bought

Buying a Publisher ID is not trivial, you have to be a company for that.

For distributing software (with the same capability set) you can use the Ovi Store after a one-time 1 EUR registration.

I do not know, getting a developer certificate works for me (I also have an unverified account).
Note that the developer certificate works with the UID-s requested via your account. Since this is the first time you are using the site, you will have to request some UID-s, and apply them in your applications.

By definition, you submit an unsigned SIS file to the server and get back the same package, only this time signed. According to the tool you have submitted a signed package. Are you expecting the tool to sign it again? Why?

Also the submitted SIS file contains the UID 0x2000A992 which it would appear it is not yours to use. Where do you have this UID from? Where do you have the SIS from?

In my case:

I downloaded the keypress 1.03 unsigned and signed on www.symbiansigned.com successfully !!!

But if a try sign the keypress 1.06 from http://www.developer.nokia.com/Commu...press_in_PyS60 i get the error above mentioned.

Any solutions or ideas?

Maybe the .sis downloaded is signed ??

Hi Eric,

there's no magic involved, if your instalation fails it must be because the UID used in the packages you sign are not assigned for use with your devcert (i.e. you don't own them) or you don't have the required capabilities in your devcert. Since the UID used here is in the 0xE range the UID itself should not be a problem. So it must be the capability.

Use the DevCertList tool ( http://projects.developer.nokia.com/DevCertList ) to analyze your certificate and make sure it has the capabilities required (you can find them in the sourcem the keypress.mmp file)
