Possibly. In principle/theory, but it depends on many things/details, so there are no guarantees. You, or whomever is the developer of that app, should test the app on a newer device with a newer Symbian version before assuming that it will work.

If it works already now on Symbian^3, then the chances are good that it will also work on Symbian Anna.

If it doesn't work on Symbian^3 now, then the chances are that it will not work on Symbian Anna, either.

So, if you want to know now, without having a Symbian Anna based phone, test it today on, e.g., an N8 or E7.
