Ovi Publisher Support contacts the publisher using the email they provide while entering bank detail or register. Publishers will receive an email for them to provide their address so that we can send the signed hardcopy of the terms and conditions over.
I filled bank account details many weeks ago, but nobody contacted me.
I wrote to publishtoovi.support@nokia.com and I filled support form at publish.ovi.com. Nothing.
