problem in read contacts

i have contactlist class that get all contact but rhere is aproblem when i try to take object from this class ---->application terminate it work fine in emulator i confuse in CPbkContactEngine but i can't understand just take object the application terminate .the class not contain constructor and all capabilities is ok any one can help me i have just to days to deliver my project .

CPbkContactEngine has NewL.
