    Does anyone known any jar file or package software which changes the native language of java mobile to french,spanish,greek,german,italic respectively.

    Such features would be device/platform specific, and most probably without any standard Java APIs for it, which would be the same for all manufacturers.

    In the case of Nokia, I don't think there are any such APIs for Java, which means: It can't be done from within a Java app.

    If the phone user wishes to change the phone language, he/she can do it from the phone settings, I'm sure. What's your use-case where/why you'd want/need a user-installable application do it?
