hi guys , can some one help me as i am lost i tried to make some themes as a hobby and share with others on ovi but i have so far encountered 2 hurdels for publishing , what kind of support website does a individual have to have to publish ones themes on Ovi , and then how does one sign and upload them the talk about UID is not very clear can some one help me out.

As an individual, you can't publish themes on Ovi Store, unless you get some personal copyright liability insurance that Ovi Store requires from theme publisher.

You can post themes on your own web site, though.

On the contrary, both corporate and individual publishers are allowed to publish theme on the Ovi Store. Please note that support websites and emails are only required for games and applications to provide users with a troubleshooting channel if needed.

Once you have created your themes, you may use the Carbide.ui Theme Edition tool to package and sign your application. This is where the UIDs and Developer Certificate key pair comes into play. To obtain your protected UIDs and Developer Certificate key pair, please contact the Nokia Publish Support team and provide your company name and username.
