Sign two application at a time

Hi experts,

If i raise a waiver for certified signing of one application, which is long process. And now wants to sign another application with express sign before completing signing of first application. Is it possible to sign another application in this condition?

They should not interfere with each other, assuming that you are allowed to use Express signed.
