I found a mms notification binary code:

where could I find the official document to explain the binary code?
Or how to create a notification binary code?

Can I extract the URL of my mms and then programatically retrieve this from the server. will it work. Have you tried extracting the hyperlink and then exernally view it through WAP browser.

I read somewhere that MMS delivery can be done over TCP/IP (HTTP) without using a WAP WSP as transportation. How does this differ in the whole process of message fetching.

I'm trying to do the same, but I have some problems. the ucp clients doesn't accept my mms notification submission.
I wrote a thread but I have no answers for the moment. can pleas someone help me out with that ?
