Hi, my business is having issues with our symbiansigned account.

1 - We are unable to get new UIDs, despite having plenty previously.

2 - Our account now says that it is unverified, despite certificates being valid. We are unable to validate using either our SIS or the one provided on the site.

3 - We should also still have express signing.
