    Hi there

    I hope someone will be able to help us, as the developer support doesn't seem to respond to emails...


    We submitted our app, a Symbian application (non QT) in Ovi store on 26th July and it shows as published in our account. But there seem to be an "installation error" when installing the app on the N8 device. We have tried reinstalling Ovi and doing a factory reset on the device but it still fails. It will download but it won't install.

    Has anyone been through this problem before, or knows how to fix it? We're so close to having everything work...

    Hi audreygalibert, Welcome to Nokia Developer Discussion Boards!!

    If your app has passed Ovi QA, and "installation error" happens from the Ovi Store client, then you need to contact Publisher Support and they will be able to help you.

    This may be due to a signing issue with the .sis file. Could you send the details of your application to the Publisher Support team and we can take a look at the file on your behalf?
