Browser proxy - outside S40.

In many countries, the rates for data can be quite outrageous, and speeds can be very low.

It would be nice to be able to enable the web proxy to work on other platforms - namely the n9/n950.

A couple of questions arise.

What are the terms of service of the web proxy, do they preclude this?

Is there/could there be any available documentation on the protocol, to enable a developer to develop a client for the proxy?

We don't have immediate plans to enable hooking to the proxy from other environments.
