You just need to put rtsp://"MP3 file URL" on Button's OnClick, it will open the device native media player should Play.

on clicking button it will download first than starts playing on the mobile's default player.i want to play it on my application as a player bar such as (jwplayer,google mp3 player).These are all flash player ,s-40 devices and some symbian devices not rendering thodr controls.

Hi,

Flash is not supported in Nokia browser for Series 40. The best way is to utilize native player as suggested.
