Card Phone 1.0 has a driver for linux, but I can not found one for 2.0. Is it possible to install the Card Phone 2.0 on Linux?

I didn't find that it required any specific
driver... it just seems to fall straight in using
normal pcmcia tools.
Be aware however that it may appear in a strange
place like /dev/ttyS16.

Yes it is, and works.
It works both with rp3 (Red Hat PPP-config)
and kppp (PPP-client for KDE).
Extra INIT strings:
AT+CBST=0,0,1;+CHSN=6,0,0,0 for 43.2/14.4k
AT+CBST=0,0,1;+CHSN=4,0,0,0 for 28.8/28.8k
