Incoming call popup

I noticed that this problem was posted earlier, without any solution however.
I cannot change the incoming call popup. What ever i do, it is the same light green to white gradient. I guess this is some kind of bug with Carbide.ui, but i'd like to know if anyone has found solution for the problem?

I have C7 and Symbian Anna.

I think I solved the problem on my own.
You must edit the incoming call settings in Symbian^3 mode.
