I signed my application using my PID but uploading for signing sis file fails

Hello there,
I have sign my sis file using my cer and key with password.
signsis -s -v sentinel.sis sentinelsigned.sis mycer.cer mykey.key password

After that I tried to upload the sis file for sisgnsis but reports error:

You uploaded a SIS file to be signed with a Development Certificate. This failed because of Your submission has too many certificates within. Found: 1, allowed: 0.

I have used UID from my personal account and using PID of my company.

UID:0x20047F70, 0x20047F71

Please let me know the prolem

would the allowed: 0 mean that you should instead try with unsigned sis ?

But I wanted to sign my application offline with my PID and get it tested on device.
Can you please help me because the link of symbian signed says:
1> Run the tool to generate a Developer Certificate Request CSR file
2> Upload the Developer Certificate Request file to the Symbian Signed portal
3> From the left navigation bar, click on the Open Signed > Request link to go to the certificate request page.
but 3rd is not available in https://www.symbiansigned.com/
Please help me resove it.
Or let me know the process of signing the file with PID which I can use to test on my device.

please just log into the symbian signed, the site changed completely on June, thus nowadays you get the developer certificate without any tools needed for making the request.
