Where could I report a bug?

I claim to have found a bug in the new Nokia 500 phone, firmware 010.018 and earlier ( all other phones, including the 600, 700 and 701, are ok ).

Namely, the M3G libraries are broken. Proof: download any of the freely available examples , ( for instance from http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/ja...ry/wi-mobile1/ ) compile and try to run. They will all - at best - fail to render anything, and sometimes even crash with OutOfMemory errors inside M3G classes.

How do I report this?
