instance of QS60MainApplication

I need to pass an document name to my Symbain Qt app. as far as I understood, I have to subclass QS60MainDocument which is requires QS60MainApplication instance
Where I can get the QS60MainApplication instance?
Is there other way to pass parameter to Symbain Qt app?

can you try passing parameters as commandline parameters that you can catch in int main(int argc, char *argv[])

unfortunately, this doesnt works for system wide associations in symbian
