X3 gets hangs when i tried to share in tweeter

Hi,
I need to share url in twitter and i have used this MIdlet.platformRequest("http://api.tweetmeme.com/share?url=" + someurll+"") , It redirects to sign up page.After signing, the app get hangs when i tried tweet or start moving in the page.I have tested the app in x3 device but the app crash and also in emulator. Is it any limitations in the phone? or i need to workaround to solve this issue.

-Does the application crash with some Exception shown?

-On which device the application starts to hang?

I am using X3.May i need to get any Authentication(xAuth) to use twitter Api?

Hi R2j7,
The device get restarted at when i tried to tweet. But no problem when i login in tweeter login poge. The problem is when i navigate or click tweet button on the tweet page.
I have tested in X3 and 7501a device .
