Customer questions on the app Comments/reviews

I see a lot of apps in the Ovi store that customers post a lot of questions into the reviews tab.

Is there a way for app developer to edit / or answer to those questions ?!

( if not: Nokia, you can't change how the people use that, you have to adapt and let developers to post there also. )

As stated in this thread, the review boards is meant to provide feedback for not only the quality of the application but also the quality of the Ovi Store as a whole. It is not meant to be utilized as a troubleshooting channel and due to the privacy agreement held between Nokia and our Ovi customers, we are unable to disclose any personal information to publishers to contact them directly.

Please ensure that customers have high visibility on your support email/website to funnel all troubleshooting inquiries so you can provide them with proper guidance on how to solve these issue.

That does not sound like acceptable answer. How about you add one char-limited text box just over the customer's comments to each app. This is for developer to add notes quickly and WITHOUT 8 days delay and accept process of the application !
