QA Report overview failed results unclear why!

I've submitted a Qt QML app ovi store, and in the QA report overview, I got the following results

I dont understand what does failed mean, it does not show any more info about the failing reason, does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

You can see the QA comments of the failure issues at the bottom of your content file page under "Comments". From your excerpt however, it would appear that the application had failed due to the country distribution selection. I would need to look at your content item to see the actual reason. Can you paste the failure message found in "Comments for <Content Item>" so I can clarify the issue for you?

If the "File Status" of your application displays as "Failed", this means that your application has not been published on the store for any of the selected distribution settings.

Chances are that the selected countries do not match the language of choice, reviews the comments of quality control.

I found out the problem was as stated, the countries selected can only be from Asia and Middle-East since the app only supports Arabic for far. I've changed and sent to QA review again, this time it should be ok
