HI,
I have had my phone since Christmas and the other day, it was asking me for a PUK code, I dont kow why, I couldn't find the PUK code but I found the Serial number from the Box.

For those of you looking for your puk codes try looking on the card that you popped your sim card out of. There should be a bunch of numbers on the card or the sim card itself. That is your puk code.

hi
contact your sim card provider (ie; vodafone or btcellnet or one 2 oneor etc) they will provide puk code for free of charge. but remember if you press that puk code 10 times incorrectly your phone will be permanantly locked
