Aptana vs Nokia web tools

The wiki is full of references to Aptana.

As far as I can tell, Nokia web tools appear to be based on but supersede, Aptana. Is this the case? Can Aptana still be used directly as described in the wiki and is there any benefit in doing so?
If an article has used Aptana, are screen shots and instructions likely to be accurate if replaced with Nokia web tools.

Effectively I'm asking if the wiki needs to be cleaned up to replace mention of Aptana with Nokia web tools.

@hamishwillee, As you might know Aptana is no more supported and it has been replaced with Web Developer Environment (WDE) — built on the Eclipse and Aptana Studio platforms. Aptana can still be used, but I doubt there will be any updates for its plugins. Rather Nokia Web Tools 1.2 could be used, its available in the URL https://www.developer.nokia.com/info...Web_Tools.html Nokia Web Tools provides development of Series 40 and Symbian web apps.

AFAIK, If you develop with Aptana, the Widget would still work, but its adviced to use Nokia Web Tools 1.2 for all your Symbian WRT & Series 40 Web Apps development.

Thanks very much. That's pretty much what I thought but it wasn't clear anywhere.

FYI, I've archived documents specifically about Aptana and added note recommending Nokia Web Tools for articles that just "use" Aptana.

Kind of. I used the link that always links to the latest tools. That way it won't break if we iterate to 1.3 and beyond.
