Hello , Every one

I am new to j2me and all this mobile app development . I know programing liks j2se,j2ee ,c#.net ,c,c++ etc.

I want develop English-Gujarati dictionary for my personal usage . its seem that this application programing will be very strait forward just match to word and show its meaning .

but how do i store data in mobile . what kind of database should i use ? as i am new to this so from where i have to start learning this ?

is there any SQL query type interface ? or need to do only file read operation ?

You could use RMS to store data locally on the phone. There is actually a lot of information regarding RMS.
