could it be that the August is inclusing only cradit card payments, and not operator billings, same would propably go for July & june in some extend.

Same issue here. My estimate was much higher than the invoiced amount. It usually is but I haven't seen it this low before. I was wondering if anyone else had the same issue. I emailed support to see if they can explain why it's so low. Plus I expect the non credit card sales from previous months to fill in the gap from the hold backs.

    Hi all,

These probably need to be investigated more closely; please email developer.support@nokia.com and provide us with the detailed breakdown report as well as your invoice and remittance email and we'll do the necessary checks from our end.

It is quite common to see your actual revenue get smaller overtime as the amount owed for the operator billing portion is accumulated while your few payment allows enough time for operator payments to be received by Nokia. If the time between the publication date and your first payment is relatively large (3-4 months), your first payment you receive should generally be closer to the estimated revenue in comparison to the subsequent months.

That said, the credit card portion should always be accounted for and you should receive all credit card payments in full in the following payout cycle, once again keeping in mind the 100 € threshold.

Please contact the Nokia Publish Support team and we can evaluate your case further. Let me know if you have any further questions on this.

Do you also need the latest September content fee breakout report for investigation too (because it has not been delivered yet for September)?

Please note that September's payment will be issued at the end of November along with the breakout reports and invoices; you should be receiving the reports for August within the next two weeks.

Have been saw the breakout reports received yesterday.
Find that the credit card payment is normal,It was 700EUR last month,This month is also about 700EUR.
But the operator payment decrease a lot.It was 1800EUR last month,This month is only 600EUR.
I don't know if it is caused by the operator payment period.I hope so.
