SQLite on Belle

I'm developing symbian app in Qt/QtQuick. It works fine on ^3 and Anna, but it crashes on Belle. The problem is that it crashes while making savepoint in database. It returns

near "SAVEPOINT": syntax error Unable to execute statement

What should I do?

I think the sqlite driver doesnt related to OS revision so much
probably its sideeffect of something else
