Oracle Lite in mobile

Is it possible to install oracle Lite or sql Lite on mobile phone for access using J2me.

If possible please let me know the procedure to install and where can i get it.
Its freeware or not?

For what purpose you are trying to install sql lite on mobile?For accessing database?
