Connecting Nokia 6210 to Notebook to surf the internet

I would like to connect my Dell laptop to my mobile phone Nokia 6210 (uses GSM card) for surfing the internet.

How do I do it? What all do I need to download from the Nokia website to achieve this?

Install the software in the CD rom included in your phone when you bought it. you can either link the phone and laptap via infrared or an optional data cable (nokia dlr-3p)
