Symbian Signed no email with download link

Hi All,
I uploaded a sis file for signing. Upload was successful but have not received any email with download link. Tried three times since morning but no email, nothing wrong with email can send and receive email to and from other domains. In the past this signing process with same SIS file and emailID has worked without any problem.

Dont know what to do, is there a possibility Nokia has blacklisted or blocked my emailID.

A thing I do not really understand about this thread and a similar older one of yours (http://www.developer.nokia.com/Commu...-upload-failed) is: why do not you simply download the developer certificate and let your IDE do the signing in a second?
