Questions on WP7 developing

got couple of questions here

1. I have register apphub with the nokia offer, it says the $99 will get refunded within 2 months, I have register on the 29th of july till date i still haven't got my refund, can someone direct me who and where can i follow up this.

2. I see Nokia said from the way back, soon as the wp7 device become available, they will send a handset to the launchpad members, is that still apply

As per my knowledge the refund is for Launchpad members, are you launchpad member. ?
