update to be completely transparent here, it was at 5.500€ more or less in the end of September.
Which period covered by these 1600€? Which months are covered by unpaid sum (8353.41€ - 1600€)?

The revenue you are referring to: is this the estimated amount on your reports or are you receiving 20% of the amount listed on your invoice/breakdown report?

If it is the former, any unpaid amounts accounts for operator payments not yet received by Nokia. This pending amounts will be issued to you in subsequent payout cycles when Nokia receives the payment from the operator partners.

If it is the latter, please email us at developer.support@nokia.com and we will investigate if there's an issue with your payment.

For those who have been experiencing lower than average sales for the period of 29th Sept to 11th Oct, please send me a private message and provide me with your publisher name so we can consolidate the reports for all affected publishers. This will help us resolve this as soon as possible.

I apologize for the inconveniences caused by this matter and I look forward to receiving your messages.

When I posted that, I thought you guys were talking about total revenue, so my revenue is very small compared to yours. It is more or less evened out. I just got scared!

The month in which you receive payments from the operator billing portion cannot be predicted due to the fact that operator billing can take up to several months to process. That said, the credit card portion should be fully accounted for in each payout cycle.

I am escalating this issue to the management team however and will update you when I hear further information.

    Hi,Andrew
Do you have any further information about the payment?
We really care about this,we want to know if there is any problem in the payment system.

    Hi magine,

Unfortunately we are still looking into this problem. I am unable to confirm if your drop in payments versus your increase in estimate revenue is due to a larger portion of operator billing transactions or not. I am continuously asking for updates from the Nokia Development team on the status of this.

Did you happen to send an email to developer.support@nokia.com? If so, can you provide me with the ticket reference number? I will ask the payment specialist to analyze your breakdown report and perhaps see if there are any pending payments to be expected on the credit card component as well as any released operator payments.

I apologize for keeping you all waiting for this long.

    Hi Andrew,

My problem is basically the same as Magine, (see posting#8 for my graph). As you can see I have data from 2009 and you can clearly see the four month delay between estimated revenue and payments until the last two months payments which do not make any sense. I have emailed developer.support with more details but I have had no response.

    regards
    Jonathon

    Hi Jonathon,

I'm unsure if you have provided me this before. Can you give me your email address used to contact the support team and/or the ticket reference number of the support ticket? Can you also provide your company name so I can review this on my end?

Same situation here. Revenue raughly flat in the last few months, but payments silly small.

At this moment, over 30% of all my revenue since 2009 has not been paid, even though my sales have been more or less flat for about 10 months.

The problem is that the system is so roundabout and awkward that there is no way to tell if there is a problem or not. Every time I raise this with publisher support I get the same boilerplate about operator revenue delays. It takes a few round trips to just explain the problem.

Sorry about that! I have cleared my inbox now.

Curiously I can't seem to find your publisher name in our system. Can you please send me a private message with your email address?

Just curious, how are you determining that 30% of your 2009 revenue had not been paid? Are you comparing the 2009s breakdown reports with the purchase data of your online statistics?
