Am I allowed to post this app to the OVI Store?

Am I allowed to use the App Wizard to create a News and video based app with videos and rss news feeds from BBC and ITV, which I will sell for £2 or less?

I think if it is OK with QA team (check the publisher guide, test criteria ) then it should be OK.

Thanks but I'm still not sure, im using their youtube user for the videos and their news rss feed. Do you personally think this is OK as you are a Nokia Moderator if I do not use their logos? When my app will be sent for submission will they check?
