How do I become enlisted among the top developers in the world?

I went to this site https://www.developer.nokia.com/Dist...tistics.xhtml; and found list of top developers in there. Was hoping I will find my name in there but was rather disappointed. That is why I asked the question about how one can be listed among the top developer. Anyone please let me know

Really, we have achieved over million downloads with one application and are not on the list. Should we now contact Nokia and complain ;-)
