in app operator billing

is it possible to do an in-app-operator-billing using qt?
and how much takes nokia for this service?

For the extent that in-app purchasing is supported, the methods are the same as for buying content first from Nokia Store. I.e., debit or credit cards, or operator billing when the operator in question is supported.

I should assume that the Nokia cut for in-app purchasing is the same as when paying first for the content item.
