Im new in this forum, and i would like to ask you if it happened the same thing.
When i try to install new plugins it says that there is no internet connection... but i am connected!
How can i fix it?

Hai Badina, welcome to Forum Nokia.
What kind of connection do you have?
- make sure to configure proxy settings in Carbide.UI 4.3 if your connection using a proxy. Proxy setting is located in Window->Preferences and then General->Network Connections.
- sometimes, running Carbide.UI as an Adminstrator (running options in Windows Vista/7) solve this plugins installation problems. I've faced this issue before.
