BH-505 NFC headset overwritten

Is there a way to restore BH-505 to factory settings?

I was playing with N9 and Nfc Corkboark (https://projects.developer.nokia.com/nfccorkboards). I tried it on a BH-505 NFC headset and was suprised to find out that it can actually overwrite the NFC info. Now the it's recognized as an NFC text tag instead of a headset.

Íf it has changed to text tag from headset then are you able to convert it back to headset by changing the code?

What code? It seems that it's not quite possible.

We've tried the "Write Bluetooth Audio Tag" feature of rlinfati's amazing NFCWriter ( http://repo.pub.meego.com/home:/rlin...ttan_standard/ ), but it just couldn't write to my BH-505's NFC tag. However, I can write text / URI / SmartPoster contents to it...

Given the fact that the NFC tag in BH-505 is read/writable, can Nokia release a tool that allows users to reset the NFC tag contents back to factory settings if possible?

I thought it was about Symbian C7, there are similar app for Symbian http://store.nokia.com/content/178823
But I guess you can create similar app very easily where you can re write what you want to do for MeeGo.

I was able to overwrite NFC information on the HS with my own NDEF record (TNF_MIME_MEDIA).
But, once the NDEF record is written, I am unable to re-write it with any other NDEF record !

Is it valid behavior?
Also, how can I reset the HS to initial NFC info (factory reset).

Hi,

I have not tried to write HS, but I guess it can be readonly type tag. and that was done at factory.
