    We have recently re-configured our support email server to fix the issue with publishers not being able to receive our responses. If you have sent in a request after 1st of November and have not received a response since then, please post here and provide your ticket reference number found in the automated response email.

    If you did not receive an automated response email and are unable to provide the ticket reference number, please send me a private message and provide the email address used to contact the support team.

    I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this matter.

    Can you please provide the subject of the email you sent to us? You may also send me a private message and provide me with your email address so I can locate your inquiry in our ticketing database.

    i already sent you a private message i found the ticket number in the subject line "[Nokia Publish Support #81566] reg new certificates"

    Hi ruchaitu,

    I've asked the support specialist to resend his response via an alternate email address. Can you verify if you have received your developer certificate?

    I've already sent a request for a new ovi certificate to "developer.support@nokia.com" twice (on October 8, 2011 at 02:31pm and on November 1, 2011 at 21:11pm) but unfortunately never received a confirmation from the ticketing system nor any other answer. Tonight, I've sent a request again but didn't receive a ticket. Can you help me?

    Hi Ruchaitu,

    Did you not receive the certificate? I had asked support specialist Jonathan to send this via an alternate email address. Can you check your junk/spam folder just in case?

    Regardless, he is resending you a new one right now. Please let me know if you have not received this by today.

    Hi all,

    We have made fixes to our mail configuration and you should be able to receive email from the developer.support@nokia.com mailbox. For all inquiries sent before the 14th of November that has not received a response, please provide me with your ticket reference number or email address and we will resend our responses once more.

    I thank you for all the patience you have shown us in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience caused during this process.
