Catch the event when the app switches from Portrait to Landscape for S60 by Java

Hi everyone! I'm having a issue in my game. My game was developed for S40 6th and it run very well, but when it run in S60 devices, it had a error when switching from Portrait to Landscape. I want my game just only run in Portrait mode so how should i do? I have tried to repair my source code a lot but the good result doesn't come. Please tell me how to fix the solution. I use J2ME to develop.

Hello hat0203,

on the latest Symbian devices since S60 5th Edition it is possible to set the application to orientation or landscape only by using the following JAD attribute and values for it:

Nokia-MIDlet-App-Orientation: landscape

Nokia-MIDlet-App-Orientation: portrait
