VoIP Settings Symbian Anna

Somebody knows where to find VoIP Settings for Symbian Anna (Nokia N8) or a compatible version.
On the official page the file isn't available.

Symbian^3 setting will work on Symbian Anna because it is upgrade firmware version.

Does anyone know how I can download the Advanced VoIP Setting Application without having the 403 "forbidden" window show up? I dont know why I can't access it or download it to my phone. I really need it

Unfortunately that often happens. Trying an other browser often helps, logging out (from Nokia Developer), cleaning the cache and trying again may be enough too.
