Refreshing a Page?

Hi All,
I am developing an application which consists of multiple pages and navigation's. so, I am in need of updating the page from the same page .It should then display the updates at the top of the listview!!!

For Example, in android device if we click and drag down the page,it gets refreshed.
Similarly, in I phone device if we pull down the page it automatically,it gets refreshed.

I am in need of the same option. Can some one help me in finding out the solution..Please help me with any idea or sample coding's that might help me a lot!

Is there any sample codings for updating the page,incase any changes made in other page that can be updated in the main page??
