Nokia 5130 Xpress Music Battery problem

I bought Nokia 5130 Xpress Music handset in last week but after buying this I face some problem->> such as--
1. after charging complete & start using then charge get lower after 8-10 hours time duration..
2. Its contains media problem --- when a song start playing & then its middle time its go to next track.

Please say me some idea how I solve this problem.

Check your handset and confirm whether the phone OS is an updated one. If not, then use OVI suite or Nokia software updater if you have internet to download new OS for your device.

Try to check the music by inserting another memory card. If the problem remains same please go to Nokia care and get it replaced with a new one.
