Broken links in Resources section

I have been facing issues like broken links in case of some resources. One such example is this link

It gives 404 error when trying to download.

Please recheck might be your internel server issue..

Thanks for verifying it. Probably then the issue would be with my proxy. Somehow it doesn't block all links - only certain documents and examples.
